To be eligible for a Refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it upon return.
You must make the request within 7 days from the receiving of your order.
If the item you received doesn't match the description in the original listing, or if it arrived faulty or damaged, We Are The Store will do best to assist you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment.)
Management will make decisions on all Refunds. Their decision will be final.
